Ok I found programs that can let you combine the isos you have for example naruto 1 and naruto 2 to a single dvd and be bootable on the wii its nice since i have 60 gamecube games and it only took 10 dvds and thats when i didnt shrink them.. some games you can shrink them and some games wont work when you shrink them

Also you can make bootable media disks you use mfe media put the files you want in the media folder then you just click make dvd for your region

what i did to get the disks to be able to boot was run the 1.2 configure disk then load the 1.3 then turn region free on and then all the bootable disks work fine

I added all the files you need into a rar file
Gamecube iso combiner
Gamecube iso spliter
Bootable Media player (you can add files then create it)
Wiikey Configure 1.2 and 1.3 setup disk
Rawdump 2.0

Tested on and it works on a wii 3.2 with wii key installed
