There is two points on the chip for 3V3. On the diagram there is only one place. Do I put wires from the one point on my PS2 to both points on the chip? or just one?

Same case for the GND point.

The extra pads are just there for convenience. That way you don't have to turn the chip every which way. Just use either one for ground and either one 3.3v. Don't connect both sets on the chip. Just one. Make sense?
