FEB BENQ FLASHABLE?

Guys i dont know how to flash a 360 (let me get that out the way)
now i have the arcade 360 feb 2008 benq with hdmi, my friend tried everything and couldnt dump my firmware he told me thats step 1 of the flashing process, my question is has anyone flash a new benq and has anyone heard anyone having problems flashing the new benq?

what method is he flashing it with? that would help us figure out what hes doing wrong.

he probably just has the port wrong, i was having problem flashing one from jan 08 but i was using the dosflash 16 method. i then used the iprep 101 method and it worked like a charm. that port number is everything or else the dumping wont even start.
