If I make my sony battery into a pandora battery is there anyway to make it back into a regular battery that i can use or will I have to buy a new battery???

As i understand the best way is to re-solder teh orginal pin back, if you cannot do that i would suggest installing a Multi-ipl to your MS and keep battery in Pandora state.

If you have a slim though you will need to go to 3.90 M33.
