I need a little help on my D-Pad

I have taken apart my psp a couple of times and changed faceplate, screen, and I started to learn about the other parts.

I take my whole psp apart and start putting it back together and I get it all done but my D-Pad isnt working right. It will go up and left but when I want it to go right it does down?....I cant figured out the problem. Im pretty sure if I shorted it out te whole thing wounldnt work sooo what else is there?

Anyone hurd of this?

right a couple of things you can do

1 - make sure the d-pad board ribbon is connected right

2 - try key cleaner (cfw psp or 1.5 fw)

3 - make sure that the rubber bit is put on right
