hi i tried to flash my mates psp using a pandora battery and mem stick with the same files on it as when i flashed mine apart from my nand dump, when i tried on his all i got was a blank screen after the pandora turned the psp on. ive asked already in these forums on why this is happening and was told that i needed the right files on the mem stick, so i put the jig stick into my flashed psp and opened up flash0 in recovery to write the original files to the mem stick, but all i got was a blank screen and now i hjave a bricked psp, a pandora battery, and a mem stick with files on which i dont know what to do with, i dont even know if i have the right files ( i cant have because ii cant unbrick my psp) i need someone to show me how to unbrick my psp and then flash my friends, i think if i have all the right stuff for the mem stick i can do it cause i have already done it to mine. thanks in advance you young geniuses.

You need to create a proper Magic Memory Stick.

Use this guide HERE to create the Magic Memory Stick (since you already have a Pandora battery you can skip that part of the guide).

You will also need a working PSP (Doesn't matter if it is a CFW or Original firmware PSP) or a PC that has a card reader that is Pro Duo compatible.

Run the easy installer used in the guide to properly create the Magic Memory Stick.

Then use that and Pandora battery to recover your PSP and your friends PSP.

If you don't have a PSP that is working or a Card Reader that is compatible with Pro Duo memory Sticks then see if your or your friends PSP will go into recovery mode (Hold R Trigger button down while booting the PSP). If it goes to recovery menu then toggle the USB in recovery mode to access the Memory Stick so the Easy installer can write to it. HERE is a guide on how to recover from a semi-brick if you happen to have a semi-brick PSP.
