GCOS Config 1.3 Not Showing on Menu

Hey,
I hope it's OK to open two threads (two different issues).
To try and play the SSBB I did the 70% trick to "stuck" the WiiKey.

Anyway, I recovered the WiiKey, and reinstalled the 1.9g update.
Backup CDs are working fine (from the same region).

But I want to activate the MULTI-REGIONAL support.
And I read that the Config 1.3 won't work with a 3.x Wii (and it doesn't).

So I download the GCOS version, but it's not showing on the system menu.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you try the Hacked 1.3 Disc it is on the sticky thread under wiikey resources.

I used the GCOS/PADDED version of Original Config Discs.

I couldn't figure out what to do with the Hacked one... And the hacked one are 1.2.... Don't I need the 1.3?

Doesn't matter - the hacked config enables region free etc so you can run the 1.3 proper

It's just a 7mg file, just burn it with ImgBurn and try it?
