Patch for Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (w/HD Loader)

Hi guys. Great first post!

I've been combing the web trying to find information on how to get Splinter Cell Chaos Theory working with HD Loader and it's brought me here, a few years back someone seems to have had success and posted four patches for the game--two for NTSC single & multiplayer, another two for PAL single & multiplayer. As you can see from the thread linked above, some people did not having it working--yet others got it going fine! The problem I am having however is that I cannot find these patches anywhere else on the web! As it looks like they were old geocities/yahoo hosted links in that thread, they are long long gone now.

Again, to be clear, I am looking to get Chaos Theory working with HD Loader, NOT Swap Magic. If anybody has these files I would be greatly . . . grateful if they could be passed along? :D
