I need an AID disk to fix my xbox but it would cost more to get the DVD burner to make one than to just get a new xbox! I'm willing to buy one from $5.00- $10.00. Actually, do you know where i can get a CD-RW that can hold at least 2.2 gigs? I dont know how payment will work other than Ebaying or I mail you money you mail me disk or in vise-versa.
This isn't really the place. Do you have a friend that you could use? Or maybe one at work. Check your local library too, the ones near my house have great drives. You could post something on Craigslist, or search eBay for one. But those might be a little more expensive, don't know. Just try browsing around.

the thing is with ebay or craigslist or any of that with finding one of these is that the CD contains material to mod the xbox, and xbox clearly states on stickers, web sites, xbox info, anywhere, that modification of the xbox console is illegal. People don't risk getting sued "to the maximum extent (they state that on the stickers and such)" by micsosoft to hopefully make a few bucks off a crappy little CD. So my resort to all that crap i just mentioned is modding sites, such as, here. (sorry, i tend to get my point through "thouroughly" :] )
They may say that. But, run a google search on the number of people sued by microsoft for modding there Xbox. I haven't heard one story of someone being sued for modding there Xbox. Thats just a scare tactic.
All you need to do is read thru some of the (excellent) stickies in the various Xbox forums, but starting a thread asking for someone to sell you one is not what we're here for.
