First of all, i apologize for taking up your precious time. To make it easier for anyone who's interested in helping me, i'll give you a general outline of my situation and what i'm trying to do.
The situation: Let's start out by telling you what I have. I have a U.S. ps2 with the official 40GB ps2 HDD connected internally to my ps2. I am a swap magic + fliptop user. I have a network adaptor connected to my ps2. I also have HDLoader.
What I want to do: All I want to do is somehow transfer the iso of a dvd9 game from my PC to the ps2, so that I can use HDLoader to run it. I have literally read 16 or 17 different guides on several sites, but i'm still not sure how to go about this. I'm a complete noob when it comes to doing what i'm trying to do. Now, here's one question, is it possible to connect the official ps2 HDD to the PC, or does that only work for IDE harddrives?
If you can connect the official ps2 HDD to the PC directly, then I can just use WinHipp. However, I don't even know how to take my computer cover off....any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Please help me, i've been trying to find a way to transfer the DVD9 iso from the PC to the ps2 for days.
