does anybody know if the messiah 750 chip is stable and reliable for the scph-39002 ps2? i wanted to get the modbo 4.0 but was told that it isnt suitable for my ps2 ( 10 seconds delay before the game loads up and must have a controller "must" be plugged it to work) so he told me to get the messiah 750. i've been trying to research about this chip but every website tells me the same thing (what it does? only). all i really want to know is does it support multi region dvds,dvd+/-r, dvd+/-9, performance, reliablity and stablitiy. btw here is the information about the chip im getting.

messiah750, also SX28 based chip, hardware made in China, great PCB layout for
convenient installation. One chip supports v1-v16 of all US/JAP/PAL versions. It's a chip
re-programmed with modified Final ICE code by Consoletronics. Installation diagram can
be found here in this website by clicking the image left.

Main features: Auto Boot, Dev1 mode, RGB green Fix, import PSX game fix, very stable

many thanks
