PSP Keys All Corrupted and My psp mac address missing after bricking

my mac address is gone empty.. that happen after i brick my psp
and when i use chilly willys program the program itself can't detect what region my psp have..
and when i check my keys using file manager all keys are not existent....
all of my keys showing 000000000 number and other keys showing FFFFF..
and
any help would do...
sorry for my english im not that good at it..

Usually when a Brick occurs it has to do with the flash0 located in the internal flash of the psp, where all the psp data is located.
Im guessing that when you bricked the thing it corrupted some files. You will Probably have to re-install.(btw how is it working now if it was bricked?)

yeah , you have corrupted idstorage. if you dont have working nand-dump.bin(FROM YOUR OWN PSP!- if not yours , not working!) it will keep getting these problems..
GENERATION 21: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment.

yo man if you have your psp's functions working properly dont mess up with the idstorage if you want to first make your psp A NAND BACK UP AND THE BACK UP OF YOUR KEYSSSS.....yo by the way if you have your WIFI working you have to just play the MAC FIXER and it will fix it.

If you keys are corrupted you can use some of the universal ones from another PSP's idstorage but the PSP Specific ones can only come from your own.
If you have no Back ups, it is possible to replace most (not all) of the ID keys (the keys universal to all PSP's) and remap a cleaned NAND image on to your PSP.
Which keys are corrupt? This might Help
Be warned though it will never work properly again and you will lose UMD, AD hoc and Wifi to name a few but if your unit is bust what have you to lose really

people i need help
i have a psp slim with corrupted or deleted keys (idstorage)
i have a backup of the keys but i dont know how to put them bak into the psp
all my psp does is turns on then freeezes please help me =]

oh man you saved your psp by backing your keys.. any way this is a very easy steps to follow in order to flash the keys...
1.Make a magic memory stick(seems like you already have.
2.now download the nandtool v0.3 beta(google it.coz i am not sure weather its ok to post a link)
3.after downloading, extract the folder and in it you will find two files namely: nandtool_beta_nousb.elf and nandtool_beta.elf.
4.now rename the nandtool_beta_nousb.elf to backup.elf
5.now go to usb mode with the magic memory stick inserted make a folder called nandtool_dumps and place your original keys in it and rename it to something you recognise so that you will not get confused if you got other keys in it also.
6.now replace the backup.elf of your magic memory stick's KD folder with the one we renamed.
6.now go to your psp and insert the MAGIC MEMORY STICK AND boot it with pandora and press the [] square button ;instead of dumping the nand it will flash the nand tool menu (if you have done the above steps correct)
7.now it will show the warnings....but if you agree press ()circle. and now it should look like this:
-LOAD ELF
-DUMP FROM NAND
-WRITE TO NAND RAW
-OTHER
-PSP INFO
-QUIT
8.now go to OTHER by pressing the X cross. and you will find few menus
9.go to write idstorage keys and it will show the keys which you have in the nandtool_dumps folder of your psp.(if it doesnt show yuor keys simply go to OTHER and dump you idstorage keys and go to usb and check which path it dumps the corrupted keys and just put your original keys in it.)
10.now select your working origianl key and flash it and exit out of the nand tool and thats it you are done.And dont forget to keep your original idstorage keys or nand dump safe.

one question is it the same thing as TOOLBOX V 0.03????
so the problem of the psp starting and freezing id that the KEY are corrupted or missing??

Your UMD key is corrupted. if you have it you can flash it back. not tried never , but follow the steps on that

i think you are missing the region key(0x100)or may be some other umd keys. By the way did you make the backup of your keys before your psp got screwed? any way check your original psp key by opening the key folder...check that if all the keys are there but most important is that you should have the key 0x100-0x106 should be there if it exist try to fix your key by using the chilly willy key cleaner, if it doesn't work drop by reply..
ya one more thing key 0x120-0x126 are the backup of key 0x100-106 if anyone got corrupted or missing you can replace them...

and it sayd that none of my keys are corrupted

um...i am not sure but it think there is 133 keys inclding index.bin. by the way chilly willy doesnot check all the keys ...it only check few keys ..what i mean is open up your oringinal backup keys and start counting and make sure that there is key 0x100-0x106 which i think is the most frequent problem.Ya one more think try wether you can update your psp or not coz when there are some problem in the idstorage you cant update like a normal psp.

It is hard to tell but try this link http://www.lan.st/showthread.php?t=1430(not sure if it is ok to post link) as i said before you have to know which of your keys are missing. by the way have you tried the network update? coz if you cant update then it is obvious that you have missing or corrupted region key 0x100.I want to let you know that yesterday i flashed other psp's nand and after that i found that i was having the same trouble like it freezes but i recovered it by just formatting the flash1 and restore default setting in recovery mode.And ya try to flash the keys and downgrade or upgrade it.

i formated FLASH 1 and restored the setting and then the same thing came up THE DISC COULD NOT BE READ
i downgraded it to 3.90 and it still sayd that
i downgraded it to 3.90 m33-3 and it still says that
help me plz

i think the backup key which you flash has some corrupted key or may be has some missing keys. so as i said before check wether there is any missing keys in your backup keys....there should be 133 keys including index.bin. if there are no missing keys what i want you to do is rename the key 0x120-0x126(0x121-0x126 backup of umd keys and 0x100 is the region key) to 0x100-0x106 and replace it in your key directory. but make sure you have another copy of your original keys.Now flash the keys....hope it works coz there are some guys out there who try this and it worked. drop by if it doesnt work out....
imortant: make a copy of your oringianl keys

cause u are telling me to rename 0x120-0x126 to 0x100-0x106 BUT i dont have any keys that say 1x120 or 0x121 or 0x122 or any of those
all of my keys start with 0x0 and then the numbers like <b>0x0</b>120

Oops! sorry dude ma bad ..so what you have to do is rename the key 0x0120-0x0126 to 0x0100-0x0106. And yo dont forget to make a copy of your original key before doing these stuffs..
Regarding if you have 132 keys i am not sure where can you get the missing keys but it depends on which key you are missing like if you dont have key 0x0100 there is key 0x0120 and you can also use idstorage manager to create keys...

yeah i did bak up the keys cause first i deleted them and then i just renamed the 0x0120 to 0x0100 and then i just have to flash them bak into the psp??
hey but now i only have 125 keys do i still flash them into the psp??
