PSP slim 3.80 CFW update

Ok well i have been checking out a lot of guides etc on how to install CFW. However i have seen many guides and answers etc to many questions and i seem to be seeing different answers along the line.

So my questions are: Do you need a pandora battery and magic memory stick to install custom firmware?

Can a psp slim have CFW installed?

Will the CFW by dark alex work with a psp slim?

And where on earth can i find the official firmware for 3.80? I cant seem to find it anywhere on the net.

yes slims can have cfw
yes, m33 cfw will work on a slim, and is the best.
check out qj.net for ofw
