RROD turns into E73 ethernet error WTF!

So what originally started with the notorious RROD has evolved into an ethernet error. I did the xclamp and thermal paste fix almost a year ago with great success, every once in awhile i would have to retorque the screws after it would fail again, but I was always able to get it working again with 100% success. But the last time it failed it threw error 73= ethernet error code. Now I cant do anything with the console, I've taken it apart, tried the heatgun tricks that I found on the internet which have worked for some people to fix an ethernet error, but it didnt work for me. Has anyone else had this error? if so what did you do?

I Had the fans wired on 12volts/high speed all the time,so that isnt a permanent fix for the RROD.
