Ok today I purchased a brand new xbox 360 arcade package. It was manufactured Feb. 15, 2008. It also has a benq drive. So I opened it up, and went to unplug the sata from the back of the drive and it will not budge. The power supply comes out, and so does the sata plug that connects to the 360 chipset.

I still don't know how I'm going to flash this with such a short cord. But is this microsoft, or just me doing something wrong?

BTW I flashed 2 new benqs about a few weeks ago. Both came out fine.

In fact I think we would be fooling our selves if we have a community this large, and did not realize that there are some enemies present.

Did your 360 arcade come with the 203 Watt? I was going to get one, instead of the pro, but it had that power so thought I would end up with a non-falcon.

Some of them can be pretty tight. Try gently popping it out from above and below with a small flat screwdriver or a butter knife.
