I have just got the box pvr. When i select pc in the hdd menu then connect a usb cable it will not show up on the pc. I am using vista is there any reason that this might be causing the fault? I have tried both firmware versions etc but no joy. I have looked through all the documentation and there is no information regarding this. I have tried 2 different hdd's. I go into the menu then go to hdd change mode enter the password and it changes to pc. I then connect up the usb cable but it does not pickup the device. I have tried 3 different usb cables and 2 laptops both that run vista as I do not have one with xp. The hdd works perfectly for recording. Any help would be appreciated.
