Hi Guys,
Im trying Iprep along with my Orig.bin and the latest ixtreme 1.4
When i load up my modded bin into iprep it constantly errors saying No Valid Firmware Loaded!!
No matter what I do,
I read posts saying i need to update iprep files, Ive looked and seem to have the latest and the iprep update says nowt available?
Suggestons of a link to a thread would be welcomed..
Cheers

follow these instructions:
1.remove iprep from your computer completely, including the iprep program folder under program files.
2. reboot
3. go to x-projects.org and download iprep v006 002 beta and install it.
4. go to tools and check for updates.
5. if it doesnt update, get on xbins and download ix.def 1.4, i thikn this is available on x projects now as well.
6. move the ix.def file in that folder into the resources folder in the iprep program folder and overwrite the existing file.
7. reboot again and that should solve your problem.
let me know if you still have problems.

custom built myself.... msi p6n sli motherboard, fsb oc'd to 1450, intel core 2 duo 2.0 oc'd to 2.45, 4 GB patriot ram, 2 1TB sata raptor hard drives, samsung sh-d162c dvd-rom drive, sony dru multi layer burner, rosewill 750 watt PSU, nividia 8600gt graphics card,
as far as the flashing and stuff is concerned im using a via 6421 sata controller card , and 1 foot sata cable, and the latest bios for the mobo, nothing to special for that. my onboard sata ports read as compatible in iprep, but they dont work quite right everytime, hence the via card. im using a pny 2GB attache flash drive for iprep. my bios reads it without any issues, and boots from it with no troubles at all. anythig else you need to know specifically?

lol, 5000w's, thats a little extreme dont you think, my 1000w pushes my 2 15 inch sony subs with some excellent sound. :) not familiar with competition, as i just like the quality. of topic here but it jsut seems a little much

ya it may be a little much, but i got it for cheap and couldnt pass it up. its not using all 5k right now, if it was i would be dead. i think its only using around 2k right now and it makes the chair into an awesome back massager.
