First let me say that I know how worthless Pinnacle is. Yet I am using it, and this will probably be the last time. I have never put so much money toward something that wouldn't work...
Everything works fine, but as soon as I hit that capture button, the video glitches in the preview box and the video that is captured is sped up, the audio is off and it jerks alot. It almost seems as though it is capturing the video faster than it is supposed too.

I am doing this video as a favor, and was foolish to rely that their latest greatest software would work. I just did a family christmas video two months ago and Pinnacle Studio worked fine. I don't understand what the problem is.
