I have encountered a problem when cutting VOB files.
Dear all:
I have tried to use both VOBSplitter and VOBCutter to cut an already ripped VOB file. What happened is VOB file after cut can not be identified by IMToo DVD Ripper to convert to SVCD. The message is

Failed to parse file, sequence header not found". I analyzed the cut VOB file with VOBeditor, "Unknown file" is showing in each line, not same as normal VOB file "Video file" is recognized in each line. I would appreciate if any one can give me some advise here.
