Ok, I have a xbox 360, modded to read buned DVD's (tested, works). I have some game ISO's that I would like to burn.

I have read some and from what I have understood I need to burn on a DL DVD, slowest possible speed. The problem is that some people mention book setting and my drive won't support book setting. Its a MATSHITA laptop DVD-drive. I have tried to burn one ISO and I get an error (could be a damaged ISO). I haven't tried to burn other ISO's yet, will do today. Does the book setting factor pose a problem or I should burn fine without setting?

Thanks.

hes right, the bitsettings should not be messed with. just out of curiosity, what program are you using to burn the games? make sure you are using high quality disks, verbatim dvd+r DL disks seem to be the best, used 100+ now and only had one fail. Also, if you arent already using it, use ImgBurn to burn the games, again i have used this since i started and never had a problem. And make sure that your Drive can actual burn multilayer. some can, some cant. Uasaully on a laptop it says something along the lines of multi-layer burner. Try all that, then see what happens. and downloading ISO's inst always the best way to do it. From experience most ppl dont upload everything you need. you must have the .dvd file along with the iso, otherwise you will run into problems. if you are going to do this alot, consider getting the drive needed to read 360 games. you cna get them on ebay for around 50 dollars, pre flashed with kreon firmware to read the games.

and secondly you dont have to mod your xbox to watch a burned dvd, so i dunno what you are talking about.
