Chances of GC2-D2C with cut legs?

So I put in my serial number and I got "GC2-D2C, and the drive pins are most likely not cut"

Did they actually make D2C with cut legs? I heard its much harder to mod with the cut legs if I am not wrong...?

Whats the chance that my wii has cut legs?

Only D2B had cut legs. If you have a D2C console you dont need to worry about it.
