How do i simply get my dvd on the hard drive. Turn into a divx, split it. Then turn both into vcd's and burn. I have clad, smartriper, tmpenc, and dvd2avi but have no clue as of how to use them!

chinaman, use the guides that are out there to learn the programs. I do recommand the smartripper, d2v, tmpge method, and remember, a vcd is not DivX, but MPEG-1, good luck to ya.
