Well as subject states im lookign for where i can get a wii-clip v2 for wiikey or something similar to this product. I burnt my solder points for my wiikey the other day and so now I need an alternative installation. If anyone knows where I can get this clips for a decent price or what not please let me know.

Wii clip is only for D2C consoles and modchips. There is a simpler version for D2B and earllier chipsets called the wlip but I dont know where to get it.

Thats what I had thought before too. But i seen the official site of the clips http://wii-clip.com/ and it has clips for all chips and it has resellers but i dont believe any sell to us and if they did i wouldnt be able to read most of them.
Also if i couldnt find one of the wiikey ones, could i get one of the other ones and solder the wiikey to the points that correspond to the solder points for the wiikey?

Hm, they do list that the wii clip will work for wiikey.

Probably its what you said. Take a standard wii clip and solder a wiikey to the corresponding points for it. I dont actually know which points are for which though, you'd have to find a guide somewhere for that.

Just note that you can also solder to the corresponding pins. The solder pads do make for an easier solution, but you don't necessarily need to use them.

yea this is true i was thinking about this as well but i would not trust my hands to do this lol. I would have to find a person experienced with soldering.
