I am a bit confused. When I use any program to make an mage of my backups, the filesize is not 4,699,979,776 bytes, instead it is 4,700,307,456 bytes. Does the generic 4699979776 filesize only apply to dumping originals? Or am I doing something wrong. I am not using one of those GDR drives as I was told I do not need one to make an image of a backup, but when I access my computer it does not see anything on the disk but desktop.ini, is this normal?

Thanks

Carthik

I dunno about the filesize issue but I assume you are using imgburn to backup the disk as that's the recommended program - Others say Nero as well but ppl have problems with some disks in Nero. It isn't as compatible. Also explorer can NOT read the disk. You need to run software such as imgburn to do this.

Hello, my original game was damaged. I want to make a backup of the backup I currently have. Could you please explain to me how this is done. Thank you!

If your original is damaged the manufacturer should replace it for a nominal fee, if not for free.

Use imgburn - I ALREADY told you imgburn reads backups.
