Yeah thats a much nicer look, although, I could have coped with the old one, I dont have a big probelm with it really, but an upgrade for the better is always welcome.
The only bad thing is, no updates from now till mid april, which is only like 2 weeks away, but It would be fun checking the stores every thursday for new stuff, especially when I have a Chinese, US and Japanese account to check aswell :D
I hope they add some new stuff along with the update.

Oh yeah this is for all regions right?
Us in Europe always get left out :(
Japan gets the best stuff id say, which is only fair since its sonys home, then the US, then far behind is EU :(
I remember one week I think all we got was 2 videos off some rubbish games (IMO) and a Folklore add-on which is also rubbish (IMO)
