Hi guys,

I've visited these forums sporadically for years. Never had the need to post until now...

First off, a big thanks to the people who made the stickied threads enabling me to get this far! I now have 3.90M33v3 installed on my PSP, along with the 1.5 plugin.

I put a couple of games onto my memory stick but they lag quite a bit. The game in question I want to play is Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. It has a lag issue you would expect from un underpowered computer in a PC game.

I have Googled for a solution and founds a few suggestions I have already tried. I put the overclock option for games to 333Mhz, reformmated the memory card and changed the UMD mode settings to both the Sony one and MM3. None of these have helped. My stick is an official Sony 1GB Magic Gate.

Can anyone help me? I love the idea of the custom firmware but if the games lag this much, it is a major negative I was not expecting.

what format are the files in if they are cso you might try uncompressing them to iso's if they are iso's you might try another rip

Just in case you might want to check which Kernel your running, it should be 3.XX

It's in recovery under configuration.
