I have the Sony Dru-500a (also known as 510a I believe) and I have dvd x copy xpress and it has backed up all my movies no problem always, but now all my new ones I got for christmas it just says "error occured reading sectors " What is wrong with this or what new EASY programs could I use?? Thanks for all the help
