I'm not much in this area, and I just downloaded Smash Brothers Brawl .iso for a whopping 7,6 GB. Is that sensible? For all I know Wii games does not exceed more than 4.4 GB.
Anyway, funny thing is when I have extracted it into the smash brothers.iso, the file size goes up to 8.3 gig. When I right-click to check it in the "Properties", it says "7,92 GB (8.511.160.320 bytes)". Can anybody please explain about that discrepancies?
So even with all the confusion, I still insist to have it burned on a DVD+R DL. As you all know this DVD consists of 8.5GB of space, but in the Nero 6 burner that I used, the disk space is listed as only 8.1GB. So when I go to burn the image to the DVD, a small window pops up saying "Compilation will not fit onto a blank disk." Does the problem lie upon the .iso file? Or is it my method? Or is it something else? On a small note, my DVD Drive does support Dual Layer.
I apologize if this kind of problem had been brought up in the past, but I did a through search and couldn't find anything similar. Your help would be very much appreciated.
