Hello all

I've been using dvdfab, dvd shrink and then dvd decrypter for a couple of months now with no problems but recently a few of the random copies have subtitles added and I cant get rid of them. I've used dvdfab to copy the full movie and also just the main movie but its still the same.

Its happened on The Simpsons, Eragon, Casino Royale and You, Me and Dupree but not on Vacancy and Cars.

Is there something that I'm doing wrong myself even though I havent changed any of the settings since originally starting to use the software or the movies themselves? Also to add the blanks that Im using are verbatim dvd+r.

Please help, its very annoying.

Thanks

Since you are doing a full copy of the dvd, subtitles are included. You can use your remote control on your dvd player and take off the sub

Well thats the problem. I havent actually done a full back up to the black dvd. I ripped the dvd to my computer as the full disk with dvdfab but when I use dvd shrink I re-author it for just the main movie and untick the necessary bits to just leave "AC3 5.1 english" in the audio bit so that it fits onto the blank dvd.

I've just done another back up tonight of the night garden and theres no subtitles but the one I did last night does.

When using DVDFab HD Decrypter, subs will force start if an arrow appears next to a selected subpicture.

I hope this is relevant, as I'm quite unsure what real issues you're experiencing.
