I just bought an lg 20x GSA-H55N and i was trying to back up a movie on dvd shrink when i got this message. This is the first time i've gottin this message and my first time asking for help. Can someone please tell me in basic english whats happened?

Did you install new burning software at the same time; Roxio?

I think your Nero files are corrupted and will have to be uninstalled with the Nero clean tool then reinstalled.

Alternatively you could try burning the files from DVD shrink with IMGBurn.
That way it would take Nero out of the picture.
