i am trying to download a backup iso of Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops for USA, but i cant find one. There is one for Europe Japan and then MULTI5. What is MULTI5?

multi 5 is five languages. span,eng,french,etc.

so is it better to just get the english version of metal gear solid portable ops? what other differences are there?

It might say english but still be a multi five. Just cause most games are released in asia and in jap. first. There just saying it's english.

if the game is just in english though, it is vey likely to be smaller in .iso format than one with 5 languages in it - so in this respect it is preferable
