Using WinSCP instead of FlashXP

Hello,
I've been using FlashXP to connect to xbins and to FTP to my modded xbox, and I was just wondering if anyone has had success using WinSCP instead. I need to be using WinSCP for some other stuff and I like the interface much better. Also I don't want to have to pirate FlashXP if I don't have to. I'm sure theres just some weird little settings that FlashXP does by default that WinSCP does not because I have not been able to get WinSCP to connect to either xbins or my Xbox.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I actually use SmartFTP. For some reason when I used Flash, it all moved very slowly. Using SmartFTP it was about 5x faster.
