Hi my friend is having problems on his pc when trying to open itunes, keeps getting a message saying you must have windows 2000 or later, please change settings in compatibility tab in properties for itunes.

We've tried to change these settings but there is no compatibility tab in the properties for itunes.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but keep getting the same message, windows xp is fully updated and has no viruses.
