ello i have recently started to use an app called DUmeter to record my bandwidth usage and it seems i have a constant 4.5kb/s down and 5.4kb/s up.

i need some network management tool so i can tell exactly what data is being transferred and be able to block it as im not sure if its trusted or not.

using my kaspersky internet security network monitor i can see svchost.exe popping up in the established connections and my isp's or opendns(which ever dns i am using) clocking up on the traffic tab (on the network monitor tool).

using tcpview it states that there are no connections but my peerguardian is spooling ip addresses, please help.
