Hi everyone... I recently downloaded a cso FF crisis core that is 950mb; problem is that even when I try to compress it more, it only goes down to 949 or 951... I currently can only spare 946 mb of space... I really want to play this game!

Someone on the comments of the page said that he used umdgen to bring it down to size.

I've tried umdgen 4.00 but even after like 20 mins of compressing it ( which is useless) it goes to 951mb (it made it larger wtf?).

So please, I have a gb card and am desperate to play this game. Can someone PLEASE help me!?

you're not going to get it compressed any farther. my japanese cc:ffvii is 1.2gigs in cso, and 1.7gigs in iso.

best thing to do is upgrade to a 4gig memory stick.

Man, there has to be SOME way, the guy said he compressed it with umdgen.. please help :(

It's not that I can't buy the 4gb.. I'm not allowed out of the house

what a cruel world!

you can bring the size down with umdgen by deleting various files like music, fmv and what not: though it's up to you to find out what's what.
