Action Replay Help Please!

I just installed Action Replay and hooked the memory card up and it said the drivers were installed successfully, but when I run Action Replay it doesn't recognize my memory card. The globe at the top of the Action Replay menu should be green but it's not, it's grey. I went to codejunkies.com and got the latest update (1.40) and that didn't fix the problem.

make sure your wires havent been broken by twisting and crunching. also, make sure theres no dust in any of the 4 ports. if that dont work, make a new one with a little USB, an old controller, and a thumb drive.
