First of all, I did a search but I didn't see anything that I think would solved my problem.
I ripped the movie to my HDD (but I screwed up and only ripped the movie only). After watching the movie I then found out that there are 2 episodes in that 1 title. I shrink at 64% compression. So now I would like to split the 2 episodes and burn each on its own disc using no compression. I still have the ripped movie on my HDD.
Now when I open shrink in re-author mode it only shows Title 1 in the right window. Am I screwed or is there a simple way to do this? I am very new at this, so any detailed information would be great. Thanks
If title 1 is complete (2 episodes), then in DVD shrink click 'Re-Author', drag title 1 from right to left side of window.
Right click on title 1 and choose 'set start/end frames'.
Select the first part, click 'OK' then 'Backup'.
It save that part to a new folder which can be burned to disk.
Right click on title 1 and 'Cut'
Drag title 1 from right to left and repeat the frame selection.
thanks attar, that's twice you have really help me out. It worked great and it was so simple. How did you learn all of these different things? Is there a detailed guide for shrink that tells you how to do all of these different things? I have printed out a few shrink guides from this site, but never seen any thing about this issue (or maybe I missed it). What guide to you sugest I use?

I don't think there is a canonical, comprehensive guide.
You probably have the same guides I used - beyond that it's Google with 'Afterdawn' or 'Videohelp' included in the search.
Arguably, the 'Videohelp' site is best for guides and arcane problem solving hints.
