Anyone got any tips on my bad reception? I would describe it as like a DVD thats scratched or dirty - doesn't happen all the time but can be slight then horrific and unwatchable. Seems to be worse when its very windy. My outside cable is linked from house to house up at gutter level and does swing in the wind!
