Smart Ripper VS DVD-Decrypter

Which of these two Rippers is the best, easiest, to
rip DVD's of any size. Which one would u recommend

DVDDecrypter for the usual, run-of-the-mill jobs.
SmartRipper for the more fiddly ones.

They are both great programs.

I use both.

quick question about smart ripper. When I use it, I always wind up with alot of vts_.VOB files and I don't know which ones to use. Any suggestions?

I prefer DVD Decrypter as Smart ripper I found couldn't do alot of region 1 dvd's I personally own were as DVD Decrypter I have yet to find a dvd it can't do ......

Smartripper used to come up with a DeCCs error or something similair

so DVD Decrypter for Me

They're both similar proggies. Personally, I use SmartRipper exclusively.

DaOsT - did you unlock your drive? I've never had a problem with SmartRipper. Ever. No matter what the Region.

actually, i think dvddecryter does a much better job of reading scratched dvds

whasup eeerrr nope I aint every region 1 film I tried would not work on smart ripper it could be the version ??? could it

I have jaws 25th anniversary in DTS truly stunning sound but I cant back it up with the extras ......DVD Shrink wont do it either for some reason

but DVD Decrypter will
