HELLO THERE

LAST WEEK THE NICE MEN IN NTL DONE THE DIRT ON ME BOX AGAIN.

CAN ANY ONE OUT THERE TELL ME HOW TO GET BACK ALL ME STATIONS BACK.

I TRYED TO SCAN THE BOX AGAIN BUT STILL NO CHANNELLS

I RESET IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS BUT STILL NO CHANNELLS

DO I NEED TO BUY A USB CABLE AND DOWN LOAD NEW SOFT WERE TO THE BOX

PLEASE HELP AS ME HEAD IS DONE IN WITH IT
