I have cell phone samsung sgh-u700.
In fact when I'm changing the SIM card it dosen't work. I cann't make any call from another SIM card just only with SOS. It's locked and I hope to find out how to fix this problem.
R there any ideas for this setuation???

I think you have the message "phone freeze" this means you typed in the unlockcodes to many times wrong

only solution for this is to unlock your phone, you can do this online at http://www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl with the client you can remove the simlock and the phone freeze so you can use an other simcard in the phone
