DVD player now says wrong region after ripping a R1 DVD with OSEx and DVD BACKUP

Hi,

I have a G5 and have just got a couple of Region 1 disks, I changed the Region code on my drive so as I could rip them... I have done this with OSEx and DVD backup... I then shrunk them with DVD2ONEX 1.2

But when I put them in my DVD player it says wrong region! I have also tried this on a DVD player where you can change the region but still no joy...

Is this because I burnt them without changing my DVD drive back to Region 2?? Should I change it back to Region 2 then burn??

Someone please shed some light!
