Updating magic mem stick for pandora

Hey i followed a guide here and created a pandora's and Magic mem stick with 3.71 M33-2 and i was wondering if i could put 3.90 on the mem stick instead and if so how? I don't want to mess up the one i got because it was tough for me to do but would love to update if easy enough
