Ok i have a Fat Psp with version 3.93

i want to be able to play my Sega Genesis and GBA Roms + be able to download psp Games and movies into the memory stick and play them from there.

How do i do this? please

1st you take out ur battery, flip it over 3 times. 3!!!! not more not less. Now strech you feer and ur arms and reinsert the battery back to the PSP. Switch it on and off for 3 times and do a split.
Everything should be working now. If that doesnt work, see 9999 tutorials how to make and use pandora battery.

I had heard you don't need a pandora batt for a fat psp.
