Connecting your Original XBox HDD to your PC computer.

Hey, I have a softmodded XBox and for reasons I will not tell, I would like to know how to connect my modded XBox HDD to my PC computer using a IDE to USB converter. I havev a Kingwin converter and I am having SO much trouble trying to connect the HDD to my computer. It is really frustrating and every time I connect it it says, "Found new hardware, Then it tells HDD name, then it says Disk Drive, then it says that the driver is installed (IDK that it did)" Then it doesn't show up in MY COMPUTER. WTF???!!!!

It isn't showing up because it is locked. You will have to unlock the drive before you can access it with pc, there are lots of tools for the xbox to unlock the drive such as config magic. Once unlocked you should have no problem with it.
