head ac3he and nandub audio sync problem

I having been ripping xvid movies for quite awhile now. Never had problems lining up audio till now. I use head ac3he to convert my audio to mp3 and nandub to combide video and audio. On the file name that came from the d2v file it says "movie title ac3 blah blah delay -66ms.ac3" I think that that 66ms has something to do with it, but I dont know how to line it up with the video.
