How would I go about resizing a video using AVIsynth? I'm quite the noob with this program so as much help would be great.

The video is h264 (mkv), 1280x544p, I want 1280x720p for BD (AVCHD)compatibility for playback on my PS3

I am currently resizing with Nero recode but I'd like to learn more about AVIsynth.
