just walked out of gamestop with a wii and wanted to know which chip is the best to get?

i have the wiikey and inlaws got the wasabi chip.
it depends whats easiest for you to install..

go with wasabi.. so far everything is playing fine. And the easiest to install.

wiikey isn't even a consideration cos it's not even compatible with the Wii the guy has for a start and wasabi doesn't come close to Infectus 2. My reply isn't subjective cos I have a wiikey. It's an honest informed factual answer - the guy asked what is the best... not what is the easiest to install and the difference in install wouldn't be an issue for any competent fitter.
