When using Sony Media Manager for PsP to move .wmv files to a PsP unit running the v.3.95 software, I can see the movies on the top of the screen from the source drive and I can see the PsP destination drive on the bottom, but when I drag the file from the top window to the bottom, I get the following error message ?

Encode Error:

One or more encodes have failed. Do you wish to retry the encodes? Application key not allowed.

Any idea what?s causing this, and more importantly, how to fix it?
