I want to develop a windows tool for support all YUV packed and planar sub formats It also able to support all RGB sub formats..
Where i start for develop this.My plan is to write it in DirectX API.Avoid the use of Direct Show.
Is there any open source c and C++ code suitable for Visual Studio 2005 which perform YUV and RGB conversion in all formats..if available just mention the liks plz.
I have a humble idea about MCI technique to play stop resume post a video file but all those file support .avi,.mpeg format..My dream is to avoid this and do a player support YUV.
